Pediatric massage is a gentle, age-appropriate treatment designed to support children’s physical comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being. Sessions are tailored to the child’s age, development, and individual needs, using safe and gentle techniques.

Pediatric massage may help with muscle tension, growing pains, postural strain, sports-related soreness, stress, and general relaxation. Treatment length, pressure, and techniques are adjusted to ensure the child feels comfortable and supported throughout the session.

Parental or guardian consent is required, and a parent or guardian may be present during the treatment as appropriate. Treatment goals are discussed beforehand to ensure a safe, positive, and therapeutic experience.
